1. The fixing operation of the shredder should excavate the foundation and place the shredder in the pit. If the workplace is frequently changed, the scrap crusher and motor should be installed on a base made of angle iron.

Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether the connecting bolts of each part of the shredding unit are tightened, whether the sealing of the transmission belt is appropriate, and whether the power cord is in good condition. Is the motor shaft parallel to the crusher shaft?

3. Check whether the hammer is in good condition, whether the sieve aperture is suitable, and whether it is damaged. Drag the belt by hand to check if the spindle rotates flexibly, if there are any jamming, collisions, and friction.

After starting the machine, first let the equipment idle for 2-3 minutes and check if the rotor rotates normally and the sound is normal. It is only effective when the rotation is stable at the rated speed.

5. During work, attention should always be paid to the operation of the shredder equipment, the feeding should be uniform, to prevent traffic congestion, and not to work excessively for a long time. If vibration, noise, high temperature of bearings and valve bodies, and external spraying are found, please stop the machine immediately and continue working after troubleshooting.

6. Broken materials should be carefully inspected and foreign objects such as stones or metals should not be mixed to avoid damaging the machine.

7. During machine operation, operators are not allowed to leave the unit or dismantle the machine during operation to observe the working conditions of the crushing chamber. Maintenance tools should not be placed on the machine or packaging.

8. Operators should not wear gloves. When blockage occurs, it is strictly prohibited to reach into the filling hopper. When feeding, stand on the side of the crusher to prevent rebound fragments from damaging the face.

9. Do not stop immediately after the work is completed. It should idle for 2-3 minutes to completely discharge the material from the machine. Cleaning and maintenance work should be carried out after shutdown.

10. The shredder is the main wear component. After wear and tear, whether changing the same angle or changing the angle, the entire set of hammers should be replaced at the same time. When replacing a new hammer, the entire set of hammers should be replaced at the same time. You cannot replace it with a hammer. The screen is also a vulnerable component. If some screens are damaged, they can be riveted. If it is severely damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one.

After running the shredder for 300 hours, the bearings should be cleaned and the oil replaced. It stopped for a long time.
