Single Shaft Shredder

The single axis shredder is mainly composed of a blade spindle, a fixed blade, a bearing box, a box bracket, a feeding system, a hydraulic pushing system, a power system, and an electrical control system. Mainly used for tearing up waste materials such as wood, rubber, plastic, paper, etc.

Working principle of single axis shredder:

The material enters the inside of the shredding box through the feeding system, and there are shredding blades on the box. The pushing box pushes the material near the blades. The material is then torn into small pieces through the comprehensive effects of tearing, squeezing, and shearing by the shredding blades, and discharged from the sieve holes.

Features of single axis shredder equipment:

Suitable for shredding materials with strong entanglement, allowing for a small amount of light and thin metal objects in the material. Cutting tools have lower usage and maintenance costs compared to double axis shredders, three axis shredders, and four axis shredders under the same power conditions. Tool replacement is convenient, and the size of the material can be adjusted according to the size of the mesh hole.
