Due to the increase in forming pressure, all components of the system need to be strengthened accordingly. For example, the body needs to be more compact, the heat treatment hardness of the roller skin needs to be higher, ordinary cast steel cannot be used for gears, and the traditional nailing method cannot be used for the top tightening system of the roller. A series of work needs to be done, some of which cannot be directly reflected through modifications.
Applicable materials
ordinary briquette briquetting machines, high-pressure briquetting machines are generally suitable for pressing materials with the following characteristics: the materials are relatively fine, the viscosity is very low, and some materials have a large specific gravity, and cannot be added with water. Most of them are only suitable for dry pressing. Such as aluminum ash powder, silicon manganese ore powder, rare earth powder, gypsum powder, etc. Some materials even a small amount of adhesive to be pressed into shape, but the premise is that the added adhesive cannot change the content of the main elements in the material after balling, and cannot increase the cost too much, in order to have economic benefits.

Construction principle
