3. Usage of facial washing machine

1. Before starting the machine, pour 1 kilogram of dry flour into the bucket with 0.6~0.7 kilogram of water, and then pour the flour into the bucket at this ratio at once to start the machine and mix the flour.

2. It takes 12 minutes to mix and knead, and it must be turned clockwise for 5-6 minutes. Then, turn the dough upside down for 5-6 minutes and stop the machine to wake up.

3. Wake up: Wake up for no less than 12 minutes.

4. Facial washing: After stopping for 12 minutes, you can pour about 30 kilograms of water into the noodle hopper, turn on the machine to wash the face, and after washing for 3 minutes, stop the machine to discharge the facial paste.

5. Discharging and filtering: Move the mixer to the dividing position, and insert a filter screen when flipping the bucket to discharge the flour slurry. It is advisable to discharge the flour slurry. The second washing time should not exceed 5 minutes, and the second washing time can be longer.

Overall, the method described in 4 and 5 involves washing, draining, and filtering four times to complete the washing process. Remove the gluten and clean the noodle hopper.
