Briquette ball press

The briquette ball press is mainly used to press powder materials that are difficult to form. Our company's professional production of briquette ball press is powered by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which is transmitted to the driving shaft through a belt pulley, cylindrical gear reducer, and a rod pin coupling. The active shaft and passive shaft of the briquette press ball machine are ensured to operate synchronously through open gears, and a hydraulic device is installed behind the passive bearing seat.

Working principle of coal briquette pressing machine:

The coal briquetting ball press is a machine where the main motor is transmitted to the reducer through a V-belt, and the reducer is connected to the driving shaft through a coupling. Then, a pair of open gears ensure synchronous (equal speed reverse) rotation of the two roller shafts, and the piston of the passive roller hydraulic cylinder is pressed (the constant pressure type is pressed by an inclined iron). The hydraulic circuit, hydraulic control valve, and accumulator ensure system pressure. The material is evenly fed into the forming machine hopper through a quantitative device from the storage bin. By adjusting the adjusting gate on the hopper, the material is evenly fed into the middle of the roller. At this point, the unit forming pressure of the compressed material begins to increase from small to large. At the connecting line of the roller center, the forming pressure will form. After the material passes through this line, the forming pressure quickly decreases, causing the material to enter a state of ball detachment and smoothly release the ball.
