The ball pressing machine is mainly used for tailings treatment of minerals, pressing powder materials that are difficult to form. Its characteristics are high forming pressure, adjustable main machine speed, and equipped with a spiral feeding device.

Through the belt, it is transmitted to the reducer, which is connected to the driving shaft through a coupling and then transmitted to a pair of open gears, ensuring that the two rolling shafts are synchronized (with equal speed and opposite direction). The material storage bin is evenly fed into the forming hopper through a quantitative equipment, causing the unit forming pressure of the material to increase from small to large. At the connecting line of the roller center, the forming pressure reaches a maximum value. After the material passes through this line, the forming pressure quickly decreases, causing the material to enter the ball unloading state and smoothly release the ball.

This machine has a significant effect on materials that are relatively easy to use, such as coke powder, iron oxide scale, dust removal, coal slime, various metallurgical powders, sponge iron and carbon products, and has an extraordinary effect.

Construction composition:

The structure of the ball pressing machine consists of three parts: the feeding part; Transmission part; Forming part.

1. The feeding part mainly achieves quantitative feeding to ensure that the material evenly enters the roller room. The screw feeding device is driven by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which is rotated by a belt pulley and a worm reducer to forcibly press the pressed material into the main feeding port. Due to the constant torque characteristic of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, when the material pressure of the screw feeder is equal to the required material quantity of the host machine, a constant supply pressure can be maintained to ensure stable pellet quality. If the feeding amount is too large, the electrical overload of the feeding device will occur; If the supply quantity is too small, it will not form a ball. Therefore, proficient operational skills are an important condition for ensuring the normal operation of the pressure ball.

2. The transmission part, the main transmission system is: electric motor - triangular belt - reducer - open gear - roller. The main engine is powered by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which is transmitted to the driving shaft through a pulley, cylindrical gear reducer, and a rod pin coupling. The active and passive shafts are ensured to operate synchronously through open gears. A hydraulic device is installed behind the passive bearing seat. The hydraulic protection device is a hydraulic pump that injects high-pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder, causing the piston to produce axial displacement. The front joint of the piston rod is located on the bearing seat to meet the production pressure requirements.

3. The forming part mainly refers to the main machine part, and the core part is the rolling roller. When too much material is fed between the two pressure rollers or enters the metal block, the hydraulic cylinder piston rod is overloaded under pressure, the hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator will buffer the pressure change, and the overflow valve will open and return
