Effect of solid-liquid separator:

1) If the volume of the old biogas digester built by farmers is too small, and the sewage enters the digester for a short period of time, resulting in high sewage concentration discharge, then use a livestock manure solid-liquid separator to treat the sewage before it enters the digester. This can effectively reduce the content of COD and BOD in the sewage, reduce the operating load of the biogas digester, and achieve simplified sewage discharge;

2) The use of a solid-liquid separator can convert feces from fresh sewage into valuable fish feed or organic fertilizer. The separated sewage intermittently enters the biogas digester, which allows the anaerobic digester to have a sufficient digestion time. This enables the active bacterial species in the digester to reproduce more vigorously and produce more gas. The content of methane in the gas naturally increases, and the high purity of the gas naturally overcomes the problem of abnormal operation of biogas generators;

3) The wastewater treated by the solid-liquid separator enters the biogas digester. It can effectively solve the problem of biogas tank crusting, eliminating the need for cleaning biogas residue;
