Working principle of carbonization furnace:
The carbonization furnace uses a self-produced gas furnace as the heat source, using methane gas to pass through a cyclone and distribute air to enter the burner. The outlet temperature of the burner can reach 800 ℃~1200 ℃, and its flow rate can reach 3-5 meters per second. The generated high-temperature airflow is heated around the combustion chamber. It should be noted that during heating, when the furnace temperature is between 100 ℃~150 ℃, it is the maximum moisture content inside the furnace. When each kilogram of raw material rod enters the kiln, it brings in 4-8% water, and 1700kg of raw material can bring in over 100 kilograms of water, Because the mechanical carbon raw material rod is extremely sensitive to moisture, it can be crushed into powder, seriously affecting the quality of carbonization. Therefore, the moisture removal system is essential. The moisture removal time is 1-1.5 hours. When the furnace temperature in the carbonization room rises to 300 ℃, a large amount of combustible gas is generated in the furnace. In theory, each kilogram of raw material can produce three cubic meters of methane gas, which can be used for carbonization heating. The drying heat source is used, and the furnace temperature can be adjusted freely. Low temperature carbon is generally above 400 ℃ (completed in 8 hours), and high temperature carbon is above 600 ℃ (completed in 10 hours).
