Working principle of hammer crusher:

The hammer crusher mainly relies on impact energy to crush materials. When the hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. In the uniform crushing chamber of the material, the material is crushed due to the impact and shear of the high-speed rotating hammer. At the same time, the gravity of the material causes the material to rush from the high-speed rotating hammer head towards the baffle and screen strip inside the frame. Materials larger than the mesh size are blocked on the sieve plate and continue to be hammered and ground until they are crushed to the required particle size for discharge, and finally discharged from the machine through the sieve plate.

Precautions for using hammer crushers:

1. During the use of the hammer crusher, the wear of the lining plate, hammer head, and grate should be regularly checked.

3. If the bearing seat is lubricated with thin oil, add lubricating oil to the bearing every 8 hours.
