Working principle of impact crusher:

In terms of the working principle of an impact crusher, to put it simply, it is the principle of striking stones with stones. Let the stones collide with the stones accelerated by the impeller during the natural fall process, thereby achieving the goal of fragmentation. When the accelerated stone collides with the naturally falling stone, it forms a vortex and undergoes two more crushing during the return process, so there is little wear on the machine's impact plate during operation.

The stones directly fall into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, they collide with the target stones distributed around the turntable in an umbrella shape to produce high-speed impact and high-density crushing. After hitting each other, the stones will form eddy currents between the turntable and the casing, causing multiple mutual blows, friction, and crushing, and are discharged directly from the lower part. Forming a closed circuit with multiple cycles, controlled by the screening equipment to achieve the required particle size.
