Flat die series granulator

The working principle of flat die series granulator：

 Pressing: The raw materials undergo high pressure in the pressing cavity and are limited by the diameter of the mold, forming granular shapes.

 Cutting: The granular raw materials are cut into particles of a certain length through the cutting device.

 Cooling and screening: Newly made granules may have a certain temperature and  re quire  cooling. After cooling, the particles can be passed through a screening device to remove unqualified particles and fine particles.
