Principle and characteristics
Metal shredders are commonly used in equipment production design, including dual axis metal shredders and four axis metal shredders. During operation, the machine stably transmits power to the main shaft through a reducer connected to the motor. Under the traction of the main shaft, the shredder blades fixed on the main shaft clamp the waste metal entering the metal shredder cavity. During the continuous pressing process of the blade clamping position, the material is drawn into the gap between the two shafts, Through the dual axis tearing effect, the material achieves a crushing effect. After crushing, the material usually appears in a strip or sheet shape, filtered out from the bottom of the equipment, transported by a conveyor belt, and enters the material for centralized processing or direct collection by other equipment.
