Structure composition of PE series jaw crusher:
The PE series jaw crusher is mainly composed of a frame, an eccentric shaft, a large belt pulley, a flywheel, a movable jaw, a side guard plate, an elbow plate, a back seat of the elbow plate, a clearance adjusting screw, a reset spring, a fixed jaw plate, and a movable jaw plate, among which the elbow plate also plays a safety role.
In the process of breaking large stones into small ones, a crusher is usually referred to as the "main" crusher. When feeding the jaw crusher, the material is poured into the crushing chamber containing jaw teeth from the top inlet. Working principle of PE series jaw crusher:
The crushing method of the PE series jaw crusher is a curved extrusion type, with an electric motor driving the belt and pulley. The eccentric shaft moves the movable jaw up and down. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow and the movable jaw increases, thereby pushing the movable jaw closer to the fixed jaw. At the same time, the material is subjected to multiple crushing such as extrusion, rubbing, and grinding; When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw decreases, and the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring. At this time, the crushed material is discharged from the lower port of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the electric motor, the crushing jaw performs periodic crushing and discharging, achieving batch production.
