Integrated equipment

Integrated sewage treatment equipment is a complete set of equipment combinations for sewage treatment. The integrated sewage treatment equipment includes two parts: 1. Equipment: aeration system, fan, water pump, control cabinet, filler, and other equipment; 2. Process flow: influent - grid - regulating tank - pre denitrification tank - anaerobic tank - anoxic tank - aerobic tank - sedimentation tank - disinfection tank - standard discharge or reuse, specific process design and customization according to different situations of the enterprise.

Inflow: Water enters the equipment.

Grille: It is a metal frame made of a set of parallel metal bars, slanted on the channel through which wastewater flows or at the inlet of the pump station's collection tank, used to intercept large suspended or floating solid pollutants, in order to avoid blocking the sludge discharge pipes of the water pump and sedimentation tank. The interception effect depends on the width of the gap and the nature of the water.

Regulating tank: In order to ensure the normal operation of subsequent treatment structures or equipment, it is necessary to regulate the amount and quality of sewage. Mixing acidic and alkaline wastewater in a regulating tank can achieve neutralization. The short-term discharge of high-temperature sewage can also be adjusted to balance the water temperature.

Pre denitrification tank: The sewage from the tank and the return sludge from the sedimentation tank fully remove nitrate and oxygen under anaerobic conditions, enhancing anaerobic phosphorus release by phosphorus accumulating bacteria.

Anaerobic tank: removes organic matter from wastewater and improves its biodegradability, which is beneficial for subsequent aerobic treatment.

Anoxic pool: The role of hydrolysis reaction in improving biodegradability.

Aerobic tank: Allow activated sludge to undergo aerobic respiration, further decomposing organic matter into inorganic matter.

Sedimentation tank: It uses the principle of separating suspended impurity particles from the water flow when their settling speed is greater than the downward flow speed of the water flow, or the settling time is shorter than the time when the water flows out of the sedimentation tank to achieve water purification.

Disinfection pool: A water treatment process that uses disinfectants to kill harmful pathogenic microorganisms in domestic sewage or certain industrial wastewater.

Standard discharge or reuse: After sewage treatment, it is discharged or reused according to the required discharge standards.
