Lignite ball press

The lignite ball press mainly consists of several parts, including motor, reducer, host, belt conveyor, ball groove alignment device of roller sleeve, hydraulic system, and electric control. Lignite is subjected to its own gravity and enters the middle of two pressure rollers. The surfaces of the two pressure rollers are evenly distributed with grooves of the same shape. The two pressure rollers rotate at equal speed and in opposite directions, biting the lignite into the groove and forcing it to compress. As the pressure roller continues to rotate, the pressed lignite material ball is released under its own surface tension and gravity.

Technical features:
