Some rely on purchasing expensive or high-power and inefficient equipment, resulting in high investment costs. Some use hand sawn scrap tires into small pieces and then crushed, resulting in low reuse efficiency. How to economically and effectively utilize a large amount of waste tires has become a hot topic in rubber production.

Principle and characteristics

Tire shredder is a specially designed crushing equipment for tires with larger volume, thickness, and hardness. It can effectively tear rubber tires, diagonal tires, radial tires, and automotive tires. After the tire is torn, it can be ground into powder using a grinding machine equipment for further processing. The tire shredder can directly crush any steel wire tire with a diameter less than 2000mm without any prior treatment of the tire. For the rim steel wire, it can be directly crushed. Greatly improving production efficiency while also saving labor.

This series of tire shredders adopts microcomputer (PC) automatic control, equipped with start, stop, reverse, and overload automatic reverse control functions. It has characteristics such as low speed, high torque, and low noise. The bearing seat adopts a split type, making it easy to disassemble and change tools. It is suitable for shredding oversized, thick, and difficult to break materials.
